Niche RMS has a 100% implementation success rate in 25 projects representing over 90 police services. All our customers are referenceable and we invite inquiries for contact with them from any interested police agency.

UK Customer Support Manager Mark Pond has 25 years experience as a police officer with London's Metropolitan Police Service, and more recently, Cheshire Constabulary, where he played a key role in Cheshire's implementation of Niche RMS. Mark's mandate is to maintain active and positive relationships between Niche Technology and all our UK customers.
