USER GROUPS

There are active user groups in the UK and Canada - representing all the Niche customers in each country. The groups are self governing, but retain close links to the company through the customer support managers and other members of the Niche management team.

One of the principal objectives of the user groups is to work with Niche to identify areas for enhancement within Niche RMS and to establish teams of subject matter experts to work with our developers to translate high-level requirements into new functional capabilities.

The user groups meet regularly and police agencies not using Niche RMS regularly attend and are welcomed at the User Group meetings. Please contact us if you are interested in attending
